It’s not a trick – it’s the Magic-Chart: self-adhesive flipchart film from Legamaster for mobile use

(Ahrensburg, October 2002) Practical, versatile and mobile, these are the typical qualities of the new Magic-Chart flipchart film from Legamaster. Its special feature: Magic-Chart will stick, as if by magic, to all smooth surfaces such as windows, doors and cupboards, thereby turning even the smallest of offices into a conference room or a melting pot of ideas. Not only can the feather-light sheets be rolled up and packed into a small, handy size, they can be peeled off and reattached whenever you like - and without leaving a trace of adhesive. The film can be written on using ordinary permanent markers (available from edding, for example). And because they are bleed-resistant, the ink will not go through the sheet to leave a mark on the background. The secret of Magic-Chart: the paper is actually a statically charged film made of recyclable polypropylene.

"The new flipchart film paper solves all the problems of traditional flipchart pads at a stroke: there is no need for stands or wall fixings, it is easy and practical to carry about and it is bleed-resistant to permanent markers", comments Stefan Koritke, Marketing Manager for the Legamaster brand at edding, as he explains the virtues of this innovative product. "And that's not all: Magic-Chart can even be used in A4 or landscape format, and for as long as you like - for it comes off a roll!“ This means, for example, that the film is suitable for use whenever you are out on visits to customers, holding training sessions or for use in small offices. In fact, it can be used anywhere where there are windows, doors, cupboard surfaces and walls to form the adhesive background. The statically charged sheets stick, as if by magic, and also have an extremely "attractive" effect": Notes and presentation cards can be stuck to the Magic-Chart without the need for any adhesive - handy during brainstorming sessions or training exercises.

In theory, a total area of nine square metres can be written on, because each roll of squared film paper contains 25 sheets, each measuring 60 cm in width and 80 cm in length. Packed inside a handy dispenser, the 500 g film roll can also be hung in standard flipchart pad holders, whilst individual sheets can be separated cleanly and effortlessly thanks to appropriately placed perforations. The sheets will stick permanently and can be used time and time again. Once you have finished with them, they become a valuable environmentally-friendly material, ready to be recycled once more.

The Magic-Chart is just one of several new products to be presented by Legamaster at Orgatec 2002. Another highlight at trade fair stand 10.2, R20/S21, is the exclusive new PURE flipchart with its unusual design.

Reduce to the max: presentation case and display board for newcomers to Legamaster

(Ahrensburg, October 2002) As its name suggests, the PRACTIC is the new practical presentation case for newcomers to Legamaster. Scarcely larger than an attaché case, yet containing all the basic accessories you need: markers, cards, pins, a glue stick - 800 items in all. And, as if to reflect the small size of handy, square plastic hard-shell case itself, the low price means it is a good first purchase for newcomers to the world of Legamaster. And the same is true for the new value-for-money display board from Legamaster: to save space, this self-assembly board comes unassembled, and will serve you well from the word go as a sturdy wall. With its brown board backing, the surface will not show up the dirt and can even withstand a few knocks, making it ideal for use in production or in the workshop.

"In offering the PRACTIC presentation case, we are addressing all those people who use presentation technology from time to time, but who - until now - have held back from buying a large case for professionals“, comments Stefan Koritke, Legamaster Marketing Manager at edding, as he explains the virtues of the "baby brother" of the Comfort, Travel and Mobil presentation cases. Measuring 32.5 x 35 cm, the smart PRACTIC case will find room in even the smallest of offices as it sits, waiting to be used. Presentation markers, square, oval and round presentation cards in assorted colours, pins, a glue stick and enough room for your own equipment guarantee a professional presentation technique. Legamaster also had its "ear to the market“ when it optimised the current products in the range: the professional cases in aluminium are still the same price, but contain more accessories. The “Travel” model now has around 2,200 items, whilst the “Comfort” and the “Mobil” contain just under 3,000 items - from headline strips through to markers and telescopic pointers - it's all there. And one new feature about the “Travel” case: more markers, together with cards available in more colours. New to the “Comfort” and “Mobil”: as well as containing large cards for headlines, the separate internal compartments are now divided up in a more flexible, more practical way.

"When it came to the display boards, many of our customers wanted a robust, everyday alternative that did not cost the earth“. And, according Stefan Koritke, they have found it. The fixed board with brown board backing comes unassembled. "It saves space when in transit. And because there are no castors, hinges or textile covering this means further price benefits, which we can pass on to our customers". The sturdy board is intended for use anywhere, even in places where there is a lot going on,  such as production rooms, workshops and canteens. This means that the new board usefully rounds off the current range of display boards available from Legamaster.

These new presentation products are just a few of the new ideas to be presented by Legamaster at Orgatec 2002.

"Magic-Chart", the self-adhesive flipchart film off the roll is another highlight at the fair, whilst the particularly "smart" PURE flipchart, with its unusual design, is also not to be overlooked on stand 10.2, R20/S21)
